Returns

  • You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Returns made within 15 days are eligible for a full refund.

Sale Items

  • Regular-priced items are refundable.

  • Sale items discounted over 30% are final saleĀ and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting may take time).
